In this simulation, you will use cyan, magenta, and yellow (CMY) pigments to create color combinations for school uniforms. In the “Basic” tab, students will learn the basics of CMY pigments, and can make 8 colors (white, cyan, magenta, yellow, red, green, blue, and black). In the “Advanced” tab, students learn that by varying the amount of each dye they can make a broad range of colors. By adjusting each color between 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%, 125 possible colors can be made in this simulation.

I’m not sure — what device/browser are you using? This one requires webGL, which isn’t supported on older browsers that are more than a few years old.
